Once items are handed over to the courier service, Rose & Rune takes no liability for any damage, loss, or issues during transit. All products are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage. There is great care taken to package all items as securely as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item due to courier mishandling, please contact the courier service directly.
